Things were getting heated up in the conference room as the verbal brawl between Nir of the Correctors, Rictuld of Carnaith, Niko'Um of the Dominion and Hargun of the Union commenced in the conference room. Such was Fleet Admiral Khawaj's first taste of the diplomat's life; having his nerves stirred by complicated politics and snide wordplay was nothing for a simple soldier and tactician such as him. He could not see the relations of power between the assortment of nations as well as he related the many battlefield elements when making up war plans. Even so, Khawaj was slowly gaining an understanding of the situation as he silently observed the proceedings.

Both him and Chief Diplomat Karen kept mum throughout with no intention for that point of time to voice out any opinion of theirs or retort against Niko'Um's condescending remarks to the hopeful nations who had fought alongside the Union in Mirach and expressed interest in joining the AGA. They felt they were in no position to say anything as they did not participate in the Battle of Mirach and thus have no right to the debate of whether the Dominion should accept responsibility for the destruction of the Union world in question.

"My nation did not fight in Mirach and what intel we have obtained was only from reports we got from the Tenebraens and the Union. Thus we feel that we are not in the proper position to give definite support to either side until we have concrete grasp of the situation at hand," Karen raised her hand and stood up, addressing the delegates in the room. Just like how the IRS delegates were in the very first AGA conference, the IRS would once again take up the mantle of a neutral observer though this time it would seem that they were going to be more sympathetic to Hargun rather than Niko'Um since she and her other delegates were more familiar with him and the fact that the IRS and the Union are allies.

"But I support the motion to induct the hopeful nations that have fought and protected our mutual ally, the Union, into the AGA. Their support and the sacrifices they have to bear in doing so should be taken into account in their candidacy for membership and the Correctors and the Dragon Nation Alliance and others to name have indeed proven themselves beyond average expectations to officially take the charge as Ancerious's peacekeepers. As representative delegate of the Interstellar Republic of Singapore, we hope that with these new member nations, the AGA would be closer towards becoming a serious galactic force in paving the way for a harmonious galaxy peacefully inhabited by a great diverse number races and nations."

Fleetmaster Kard stood up from his chair after the IRS representative finished. "While it is true that the Dominion caused numerous deaths due to friendly fire, and are even now being haughty about it, we should not forget that they did show up and provide help to the Union in good faith at a time of need, and unless Niko'Um wants to correct me, they still wish to support the AGA. Removing them would just be removing someone who can aid us in the fight against the APP. With this in mind, the Ecumene's position is to move against kicking them out, so long as they agree it will not happen again."

Hargun surprised by the sudden spur of comments stood up after fleetmaster Kard, he knew that Nir was right, the Union people would not settle for anything less than the Dominions removal from the AGA, his Fleet captains had all agreed that too much Union blood had been spilled for them to deal with the Dominion again, it was a chance far too big for them to take a second time. While Hargun knew that dismissing such a valuable ally in this time of the war was a bad idea, anything less would result in both the AGA looking weak on the galactic stage and his own people questioning if the AGA was even worth being in. With a heavy sigh he turned to face the others.

"Seeing as we are now voting on two aspects thanks to Nir here, I vote yes to include the new nations here into the AGAs ranks, their own forces and people are welcome here. However I must also vote to remove the Dominion from the AGA, my people would not accept anything less, too much Union blood was spilled for them to accept anything else, while they did come to our aid the deaths of 8 billion innocents, plus nearly 150 of our own space forces is simply overwhelming, I will not say anymore on the matter" He gave a curious look of both regret and also fufillment as he then sat down.

Rictuld and Reik chatted between each other while the others voted, Rictuld taking a breath before speaking.

"General Reik and I have decided to vote yes as to the Altrean Dominion's removal from the alliance. We would be willing to propose a semi-membership, but their stated policy of allowing response group commanders to operate on their own will rather than follow a specific doctrine makes such a proposal unpredictable and null. With that said, it has also been decided to instate the new member nations. As previously stated, their valor and co-operation with alliance forces in the Mirach system is proof enough with the honor of membership." He concluded, the usual neutral expression in these meetings he usually held still there as he spoke and finished.

Nir was not done, and with more or less the same ferocity with which her comrades contested the cybernetic space against their enemmies, she contested the political grounds, gesturing with the confidence of someone who had already decided the outcome.

"I may correct our hosts with a proposal to impose an automatic vote of abstention on the Altarean Dominion as they, more than anyone else in this room, ladies and gentlemen, have a conflict of interest and cannot neutrally vote in this issue. Furthermore your actions have proven you are not in control of your military power, and as such your vote should be assumed to be unreliable and disconnected from the military you are in representation of. You are not in position to cast a valid vote, Niko'Um"

"Representative Nir, I said we would but we won't. I have already explained why." Rictuld quickly shot back.

"Sir, I may insist." She gestured sharply at him, causing the jewelry on her glitter to twinkle slightly. "This here is a case for criminal negligence and thus the Altarean Dominion's vote is itself subject to the same negligence."

"The Dominion should be able to vote" answered Kard to Nir "Until they are removed they have the same rights as anyone else"

"He who is accused can offer defensive testimony but cannot decide their sentence, sir." Nir swung her gaze to Kard confrontationally. "That is how justice works and I see no reason to reinvent our morality just because the Altarean Dominion's political interests are at stake."

"I was referring to the fact that we may have allowed semi-membership in order to attempt to redeem themselves, not allow them to vote," Rictuld once again responded to Nir,

"Which will not be possible nevertheless. I fail to remember a time when a war crime was allowed to be voted on by the offender. He has already attempted to defend his nation, which only resulted in turnarounds." He continued, this time looking between the two.

"I do not see much reason why he wouldn't be allowed more attempt to do so, however, as this is an open forum."

"Because we are putting a genocide in the jury of his own trial." Nir raised her voice, slamming her open palm on the table to punctuate. "What are we, a faceless institution of bureaucrats or men and women with conscience?"

Rictuld raised his hand to his chin this time before responding.

"Ma'am. I will clarify for you. I first stated that, now null, we may propose a semi-membership, which is once again, null. Now I have agreed with you in the fact that he may not vote, yet may defend himself." He said, obviously a bit annoyed now.

"As the latter and in representation of my people I vote in favor of the Dominion's expulsion from the Ancerious Galactic Alliance." She concluded, turning towards the middle of the table to adress everyone. "And I expect representatives of the Dominion to open diplomatic channels for compensation lest they wish themselves between the hammer and the anvil."

Niko'Um leaned to one side of his chair as if out of an old habit as he listened to these humans argue about a ancient believe of justice.

I don't know why these humans get so emotional, their rage only seems to rush their blood along. In fact I have enjoyed this rather silly back and forth. In all reality there is no point in remaining with these factions as a wall of protection. The council had held a closed door meeting and there we already came to a judgement of what the needed outcome that would best postion the Dominion ahead.

Although securing our position with the Nucleans is more impotent then with these De'tanes. However that will have to wait. Niko'Um thought to himself until he heard the last words from Nirs squawking beak.

Niko'Um sat up in the chair to only turn his fully body towards the Unsangi'Ac.

"You question my place within the AGA and you threaten War towards my Kin. From the stories I've heard stories of the EPA and their actions I can see where they learned them from. How can we take anything you say when you openly threaten a member of this Alliance. Oh which you were made a member without any notification or voted in on by the other members within this Alliance already. It would seem this Alliance was made for the betterment a few rather then the belief they stand by. If should Alliance is willing to disregard such simple matter to the rest and take it upon themselves to act for their own benefit, such a Alliance is doomed to fail." He said as he continue to stare at Correctors' delegate from behind his mask as it contorted slightly at the notion of the idle threat.

Colonel-General Brelkov could not stand it any longer, he'd had enough. While Tchaikovsky massaged his temples in an attempt to ward off his growing headache, and Governor Pellas consulted her data-tab concernedly, Brelkov shoved his chair back, and got to his feet.

"For the love of the Gods!" he thundered, teeth bared. "The corpses of our troops are barely cold in space, the dust has barely settled, and all you nadmevayas' chertovy idioty can do is argue! We know that somebody did something that is far beyond the acceptable code of conduct! We know that! I don't know how it normally works around here, but in our lands, when justice is demanded and a problem is at hand, it is solved! I don't care who it was in the Dominion that gave the order to launch that weapon, but YOU," he snarled at Niko'Um, "You need to accept that your commanders Fucked. Up. Maybe somebody needs to get removed from the AGA, that's fine. But you all need to get vashi idiotskiye golovy iz svoy grebanyy oslov and get on with it! If this is how we're fighting the war with the APP, by arguing like bankers every opportunity you get with those who are supposed to be your COMRADES, it's no fucking wonder we're losing!"

With that, stormed to the back of the room, leaning heavily against the wall and accepting a canteen from the lone Shock Trooper that had accompanied the Soviet delegation into the room. Tchaikovsky looked at Brelkov with an utterly stunned expression for a moment or two, than turned back to the meeting at large. "I.... apologize for my Army counterpart's outburst." he said. It felt so pitifully inadequate for the intensity of what Brelkov had just roared. Though, he had said what the Admiral was thinking.

"Your counter part is correct that while delegates like Nir waste time on such matters only slows the AGA to a halt, there for I will place my vote." He said responding to the NUSSR delegate as he looked towards Nir.

"I vote to have the Dominion be removed from this failing Alliance." Niko'Um said looking now at Hargun.

"As well as to accept these new comers. However, may these new faces bring much light to the AGA. For a farce of a police state that it is." Niko'Um said standing. His last words he gave a bow before turning on his heel and starting towards the door along with the two Royal guards he enetered with.

"There's no need to apologize representative of NUSSR I'm sure everyone here, not including the Dominion, are can feel the man's pain" Kellie said

"And as such, the vote is concluded. Final vote is three to one in favor of removing the Dominion, and all votes regarding new member nations were for their approval." Rictuld said aloud, showing the numbers on the hologram.

"Now, delegate Niko'Um. I recommend continuing communication, because as I cannot vouch for the political view towards you of the other nations, this is very likely effect your relations. You may leave now, and either remain in the foyer or leave the planet at your convenience. On top of this, all Dominion resources contributed to the AGA may be recalled at will, however all officers belonging to your nation will be removed from the Allied chain of command, as will combat units from their respective Allied commands." Responding directly to the delegate before turning to the new members,

"As for the new nations, I welcome the NUSSR, DNA, and Avilun into the Ancerious Galactic Alliance." He said to them now.

"The Dragon Nation Alliance will help out our allies in every way we can through out this war, that is a promise that won't be broken" Kellie said stand up with pride before sitting back down

As Niko'Um reached the doors that would lead to the hallway hearing Rictuld speaking.

What is that Human blabbering about. The dominion never sent officers or troops or resources to this non existing Allied command.

Truly not caring about that Niko'Um moved forward walking out of the conference room heading towards his shuttle.

Uthina speaks up now after Kellie, saying, "The Avilun have recently stepped out of our entry point into this galaxy and after everything we've gathered and learned about the state of affairs, My king and his parliament agrees with my recommendation to support the AGA. We will provide supplies for you, but neither he nor the parliament authorized direct intervention as of now. Thankfully, though, a paramilitary organization known as the ravens is not bound by our government and will directly aid you in your plight."

Hargun seemed to grunt in semi anger "That alone should tell you the Dominions views on other civilisations" Watching Niko'Um leave, before turning to listen once again to the Avilun and other factions, with these other new comers the AGA would once again blossom, and this time not end with a horrific allied inflicted tragerdy.

Kellie stand up "I like to speak about a production of shielding against the Capitol's weaponry on their battleship. An convoy was ambushed by small APP forces led by Capitol in the asteroid belt on Union border just before the assault, despite the transport ships arrived safely and intact, the convoy and our response fleet to their distress signal suffered both casualties and major damage, we tried to capture one of the Capitol battleship, but with poor intelligence of the schematics inside of the battleship we failed and had to destroy it from the inside" She said hoping either the Union or other AGA members have succeeded which D.N.A. failed

"Technology advancement it is then." Rictuld said, locking in the subject.

"I can not speak for other nations, but I do know that Carnaith has not begun any work on defensive measures against Tachyon particle weaponry..."
